My approach
I approach therapy collaboratively - your goals are my goals. I truly believe the role of the therapist is to help guide clients to finding answers within themselves to promote healing. I have a strong background in evidence based therapy, so I often incorporate actionable tools and skills to help clients move forward. Relationships are so important to me, so I always make sure to lead with empathy and compassion so clients feel safe and comfortable to share their needs.
